1. I always thought Him was a transgender lobster (Lady Gaga anyone?) 2. Fuking loved Ahhh Real Monsters! 3. Ren and Stimpy was something they didn't show me when I was a kid and when I finally saw about 5 mins at around 16 I just thought it was stupid and idiotc (each to their own) 4. Ren and Stimpy and Aah! Real Monsters were somewhat disturbing (especially with all the weird jokes that went on with Ren and Stimpy,) and Salad Fingers does creep me out. o-o;

I wouldn't really say The Powerpuff Girls and Courage The Cowardly Dog were disturbing. HIM was supposed to be a demon with a bit of gender confusion. As for the crazy creatures Courage and his family encountered, the show is supposed to be about Courage facing his fears and saving his family from them.

@crzyflasher Very true. It did have its disturbing moments. But there were other cartoons on Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network that had their disturbing moments as well. I can name a few:

-Cow and Chicken (had a lot of the same gross humor as Ren and Stimpy)

-Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy (funny but gets really CREEPY at some points)

-Rocko's Modern Life (funny, but had WEIRD humor at points)

-Invader Zim (funny, but it got pretty creepy at times...also it wasn't really a kid's show)
