In short, AVS Video Converter, choose mp4 and under profile Sansa disk normal quality 320*240. It works for me! :D

There's nothing wrong with yours not playing the music on the speakers. All the Hong Kong MP3 players are like that. Mine too! The reason is the radio won't play through the speakers is because you have to put in the headphones to act as an antenna. On some models it even tells you this on the screen. So there's nothing the matter with yours not playing through the speaker. :)

Hey I have one of these and they aren't half that bad tbh. It does the trick and the sound quality is pretty good. Not like those knock offs that have the sound quality of a $2 radio scan. It depends where you look around... Which is why I don't understand why people buy an expensive Mp3/ipod, when you can get one that does the same job, and is less expensive.

@udith25 Threre should be a little reset hole on the side of it there somewhere. Just take the end of a paper clip push it in and hold it for 'bout 10 secs. and it should be all set!

I think this mp4 player is pretty good. I got a 32GB version of this for only $28. i recommend this to anyone who are in a tight budget and are looking for decent quality.

Perhaps what I hate most about these iClones (and other knockoff electronics) is their terrible-quality user interface. That unprofessional "Mini MP4 Player" (in Comic Sans) really makes the device look bad in my opinion.

How thick is it? It looks several times thicker than a real iPod touch.

DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE! I had this piece of shit and I cracked the screen just a little bit after a week and it didn't work at all. I turned on but I couldn't do anything. Sure iTouches screens can break easily but they can still operate normally. These are junk. The touch screen is very hard to use.

I don't use this device anymore, but if I remeber right, you can not sync it with itunes at all. You have to drag and drop, etc the songs to the stored memory

This plays great pop videos and photo storage and a radio, our 5 yr old loves it and the wife uses it. The reason for the radio not working on the speakers is the same reason for any mp3 player, they use the cable of the headphones as an antenna so without the headphones there is no antenna and therefore no radio.
