I think about another christian guys(like Chris Willis, who was a member of the Heritage Singers back in late 80´s and early 90´s) that leaves gospel ministry and surrender to homosexuality...

Kirk is Roger's brother, so Lauren's uncle. The trio of Roger, Deb, and Lauren still sing together.

Also, it was originally just THE TALLEYS with Kirk, Roger and Debra. Roger and Debra left when Lauren was younger to give her a more tradidional up bringing. But Lauren wanted to sing, so the family came back as "Talley Trio" but Kirk already had a solo career by then.

Great job on a great song. Have they ever thought of seguing into Sweeter gets the Journey? You could begin with an accapella, Tis so Sweet to Trust .... then Sweeter gets the Journey ending in Sweeter as the days go by. Again, awesome job.Thanks for posting.

Their version with bass singer George Younce from the 1980s is outstanding too. You might find it on an old Southern Gospel compilation CD or cassette. I like it better than the original Prophets recording. Great to see the whole family together here!

This was a reunion in 2001. So it is still just Roger, Debra and Lauren traveling as the group and Kirk is on his own. Lauren will be 25 in a couple months.
