The Estate Tax is a good attempt to fix a fatal flaw of capitalism. The fatal flaw is that people who have a lot of capital can much easier make even more capital, whereas people with no capital have a difficult time obtaining it. People complain that you are taxing the dead - well, no..you are taxing the wealthy dead.

It's actually called the Estate Tax. The propagandists who call it the Death Tax believe that a billionaire giving a huge fortune to his son shouldn't be taxed. What tax is more just than one which taxes people who have an obscene amount of money made off the backs of wage slaves?
