@hannahr77 It is haram. any sort of celebration which includes dancing and listening to music is distracting you from Allah, and so it is haram.

@hannahr77 Well im not gonna start to talk about the bible, because it is not the word of God, unlike the Holy Qur'an. Where it is clearly statec that instruments, dancing, listening to music that gets you distracted from almighty God is indeed Haram. Look it up :)
