on some different fanflic i saw the story that was almost the same fanflic that rikulover101 was talkin about!And this fanflic was about when Mario and Luigi were fighting some koopas they chased one of them to this wierd green glowing cave and when they went inside they saw the koopa that they were casing mutantized and they tried to run but luigi got bitten by it.and a coupl mins later luigi looked like the pic on 0:15

2. Someone of deviantART wrote a fanfic were the brothers were rescuing Peach from Bowser, and the koopas were mutant. One of the koopas bit Luigi.
