Probably at the top of my recommendations list for just about anything featuring him, excepting Enterprise.
You'll be interested to know that John Billingsley, aka Phloxx, has also made guest appearances in 24, Grey's Anatomy, Without A Trace, CSI, NCIS, and the movie "High Crimes" to name a few.
Jeffrey Combs (Weyoun, Shran) also played Brunt on DS9, as well as an unammed Frengi in the TNG forget which one at present - but it was their firt contact with the frengi.
