@10txram some cars carry radar detectors to know when cops are ahead. Some of them are advanced and have laser detectors. If you jam a laser detector it messes up its reporting and range, therefore you spend $400 on a laser detector only to get jammed and get a ticket anyway.

@STARZFAN31 Actually... Radar Detectors do not "use" Radio Waves in any way... they only detect them. And most Radar Detectors out there do have Laser protection. It protects from infra-red speed detection also known as Lidar. Both of you are wrong.

This car, for whatever reason has a "Laser Jammer" which if effective, would prevent an Officer's Laser Radar Gun from picking up it's speed. I see that as pointless in an emergency vehicle...

Let's say that he can hear somewhat further now with his Audio Enhancement Device than a normal set of ears. Are you truly saying that he would need a warrant? For a capture device. A warrant?
