Honestly? It's their lives, all we see is selected snippets of it edited and put into 30 minute segments. They shouldn't just stay together for 'the good of the kids' if their lives are miserable like that. If they have miserable lives their kids won't be happy either. Besides, it's really not for us to say, people get divorced everyday. It's not like these kids are being tortured...it's common now unfortantly.

they never said they are getting a divorce. They are separating. There IS a difference. I am 100% with Kate on this. She has more emotion than he does, and she clearly loves him more than he loves her. She cries in every interview now, he doesn't show any emotion.

Looking back at the old footage of them, I realize it's Kate who's changed. Jon has the same personality as he's always had, but Kate seems icier, witchier, somehow. Not saying it's all her fault-I'm sure there has been lots of stress trying to raise eight kids-but you don't blame Jon for wanting out of that relationship.
