  • cool discs there man

  • Very good cheers!.

Although i'm having a nightmare getting the bearings to even move!, first time they have been serviced in 4 years and seem to have really siezed in, currently soaking them in WD40!, any tips on getting them out?.

  • make sure the hub is rigidly supported on a really firm surface. Don't be afraid to hit it quite hard, I'm using a 2 pound hammer.Remember, one good whack is better than 10 light taps..! You could also try pouring a kettle of boiling water over the hub to get the alloy to expand.

    Hope this helps

  • Thanks again.... i'm off into the garage now to give the hub some stick!... no mercy :)

  • sorted!... the rubber mallet was no good at all, swapped to a steel one to knock the axle through, but put a small bolt (domed bottle cage bolt) in the top of the axle to prevent hammer damage to the alloy axle.

  • nice one

but still need a good camera

  • donations gratefully received!

mind you, if I had a decent camera , I wouldn't bash it about and use it as much!

  • good vid get you,r self a camera stand or tipod.....

  • umm... it all gets a bit too serious, before you know it, you have camera lights, a director, soundman, storyboard, closing tiles, music, dreams of oscar nominations etc etc!
