How to change the tray icons on the Samsung Galaxy S launcher. Captivate, Fascinate, Vibrant, Epic.

Hi there, I've been having a problem with my tray icons. One day I woke up and the far left icon in the tray was not there. I've watched your video and tried to add an icon to that blank spot but it won't allow it. Now all I can have are two icons plus the home icon. Do you know how to fix this?

Just got my Samsung Galaxy S2 from Sprint yesterday, searched all over for a way to change these icons.... THANKS SO MUCH!!! NOW...if only I could change the stock Gallery.... Loved the froyo gallery, it had a favorites folder and the gingerbread is all changed and has no favorites folder that I can figure out...

Very nice tutorial, but do you know how to duplicate the icons? My Galaxy decided to get rid of its icons on the tray, dunno why yet but it keeps doing things on its own... and when I move back Contacts, Phone... it doesn't leave a copy in my applications folder. I'm afraid this Android erases the links again, but now the real apps, and not the shortcuts, that's why I'd need a copy or a shortcut. Thx!!!

I have a question, How can you do this on the Optimus T? It only has two icons on the bottom, One messaging and the other is phone. I would imagine you could do it on my phone as well.. I just want to replace the messaging because I use GO SMS Pro and I like that 10x better just because of all the customization. So please someone if you know, get back to me.
