i like the whipp to the ass in the end...haha...classic training. If a coach did that here in the uk....the student would throw a hissy fit and threaten to sue...hence why the british are never good at anything. JAIYOOOOOOO!
i just try to train like these guys no matter what pain there is.....just wish i had a hardcore coach like these guys. You always want what you dont have...hehe...life....
