Why do you call it a "night camera"? Seems to be one of the four regular payload bay cameras. Why claim it's "night" when the scattered light suggests it's just post-sunrise, the illumination condition when most nearby shuttle-shed 'stuff' gets mistaken for fleets of UFOs. We could tell more if you shared the date/time of the video, but for some reason you usually withhold such critical information.
