I expect all drivers and vehicles to be licensed and insured. I have been involved in an accident with two unlicensed drivers and it is not fair to me or my insurance company to have to pay for an accident not my fault and no way to reclaim that money from the other party. Both I chased down and held but I was unable to collect as they were unidentified and disappeared after they were released.

Those that break the law driving without license and un insured should be punished according to past laws. impound, tickets ect.
why should I have to pay for damages or med bills if involved in an accident with an unlicensed /un-
insured driver! this new law makes absolutely no since to me.
