Why does the Avro Vulcan not get a mention here, it was miles ahead of the B52 and the Bear and although no longer in service could run circles around either.
@850ovlov Arvo was a cool plane, limited payload though. The F-111 introduced just 10 years later carried 50% more payload, mach 2+ capable. The Vulcan was odd-man out: not fast enough nor strong enough. Awesome for the late '50's though.

Yes a s300 system can use any radar as it networks too them. hence the S-300V4. so the sort version the s500 will see stealth better yet but updates will come out for the s300/400 system too after it's out.

F-111 should be in there considering its actually a low level bomber and fighter in one, also designed to carry nuclear ordnance onto targets and it can probaly carry more than half of these bombers on the list
B-2 Spirit Worlds Most efficient killing machine..This is only one persons opinion and I do like the Russian Aviation but there bombers use old school avionics with little or no Jammer equipment....

@mrvishal1000 The push over point too make the tu160 better is cost you get almost 4 tu160 per b2. the b1b carrier more load then the tu160 yet has a worse rcs reduction and is slower so clearly the tu 160 is better then the b1b till it's next upgrades. though the b2 not fare behind being the only heavy bomber to have a chance too get though modern SAM systems.

@MikeProductions1000 Amazing stealth is not so amazing vs L band radar any more. making the B2 big slow small load heavy bomber. a S400 more so a S500 stealth hunting SAM make sort work of the B2. True it's still take longer to detect a B2 they still have too avoid 100+km range of a s400 SAM system. not even saying the pak fa t50's. Even the f22 much better RCS then the B2 can't bet the s400/500 SAMs.

@Wickedsicked8 It's rcs is much worse then the b2 and it payload lower then the b1b. overall she dated too as any interceptor can out run the tu160 these days. So heavy bomber are kinda dated in today's tech. This most likely why the pak fa will be in the medium range. But as heavy bombers go yes the tu160 is the best at only around 300 million a pop.

@TheMaximumfail the b2 was never meant to go that fast it was designed to be as stealthy as a plane could be and that's why it should be #1 the b2 can evade radar while the tu-160 cannot so the b2 is better for a first strike type mission while the tu-160 is better for missions when the airspace is already under the owning airforces control because both don't stand a chance against fighters so the one most likely to sneak by deserves the top spot
