Truth, it's "The End of Biters-International". One Word Extinguisher is the name of the album it's from, and is another track on that album...track ten I believe. This track is track two.

I also found out that this mistake has been made in the game, too.. I wanted to download this song when I heard it @ tony hawk's american wasteland, but I heard OWE and not The End of Biters.. Quite a pity..
