A) The cartoons which gave offence were manufactured by religious activists.
B)Speech may be free, but it doesn't have to be respected. Even in the slightest.
C)This fellow only seems to be focused on ONE particular breed of relgious extremism. He has his own brand of religious extremism to combat. If he's willing.
D) Most of the points he attempts to make are otherwise merely right wing talking points with barely a coherent concept between them.

B) What do you mean doesn't have to be respected? In the sense, you can say what you want, but if I don't like it I can put you in the hospital? Or what? What do you mean by free but not respected?
C) Yeah, those dangerous Christians wanting to be able to pray in schools, or protesting abortion in a calm fashion. Can't have that. There is a distinction you might be missing
D) Yeah, hes also right. If you have a complaint about any factual error, I'm open to it, but I doubt you do

Read his book Radical Son to understand his journey from the Communist Party USA in Berkley CA to being a conservative Republican. It opened my eyes to what was really going on with the American left in the sixties. They didn't want peace as most people think, they wanted the communist North Vietnamese to win. Just like today they used the image of peace as a cover.
