Chrono Cross is known for it's amazing soundtrack. Why would you dub such an unrelated BGM over it?
Cant' help it.... that's like insulting the game and totally ruins the integrity of the video. Two stars, because at least the video quality is good.

every time i get to this fight and i use a tech the character is trying to use it but the game freezes and the music still plays and the characters move but they wont execute the tech

Lol, you got lucky Guile killed it with his little 9 damage attack. One more move by the boss and you could have been dead.
