@DanDjembe Its much better this way imo, if you listen to a lot of tribal music its amazing the level of energy they often keep, its the unbroken chains of rhythyms that give it's own special beauty.

i dont think you can really call this "tribal" drumming. You've just thrown the snares off and are using alot of the toms to be honest. Still good though, im not criticising the plating itself

well there is jazz metal. the number twelve looks like you is a mathcore/grindcore/jazz/prog metal band. tribal and jazz would be easy to mix though.
