@grua77 Sadly the original investigator Cynthia Hind (of So. Africa) who was first on the scene in Zimbabwe andthen contacted John Mack (who happened to be visiting that area of Africa) both passed away. Ms. Hind in 2000 and Dr. Mack in 2004. It would be fascinating if there were co-investigators of Ms Hind (or Dr. Mack) that could do a follow up with these school children who would be young adults now I think. Have any had close encounter experiences since?

@lodengreeneyes Yeah very fascinating story. I find it strange that no one will investigate this inccident further as the children are very reliable witnesses. Maybe there is some kind of cover up? But the children are no grown ups so it would be interesting to hear what they have to say today, many years later.

@grua77 What's also interesting and something I did not know about this case is there was 'missing time' - amnesia - amongst the school children who had the close encounter. A period of time unaccounted for. I learned this when I watched the original Cynthia Hind investigation - her questions to the headmaster and the principle witnesses as well as the drawings. Last night i had the most frightening dream, never had a dream of this kind or this scary. It exactly started off like the lady at the start saying electrical current, paralysis, and then i saw myself at school ..and all of the kids and myself noticed a V shaped craft..well with lights in v form, and this noise came from that ship that words cannot describe how scary it was...it chased and hit us with lazer, the dream was chaos. @madJedi1 me and my sister had a joint 'dream' which sounds very much like the one you just described. Very realistic but with a slight doubt of reality. Rather than aliens, all I can describe as a fuzzy shadow in the shape of a man walked out of the wall and picked up my sister and ran out the room, at which point we both blanked out. Absolutely terrifying and the feeling of unease whatever that thing gave off was off the scale. How is a joint dream even possible? That's telepathy, fuck knows.

What is always interresting to me is people that say "well, people have watched alot of sci-fi movies about aliens so it's their imagination". All of the first movies about aliens were actually based on people's encounters. Close Encounters of the Third Kind was based on numerous early accounts including the Betty and Barney hill case in 1961. The "grays" have even (possibly) been depicted in cave drawings and ufo's in antique paintings. Everything now is based on something previous.

i was taken a couple of times in the autumn of 1995. things I remember distinctly include a bluish fog in the room and me looking down on the floor, being right next to my brother. he was asleep.
