  • Many thanks for posting this "classic" version of such a beautiful L&N song. "Skinny" Dan has GREAT hair, and it makes me smile to see Eric in such wonderfully healthy shape. Rock on!

  • These guys were great. I saw them once. I'm sorry to hear about Eric Lowen's illness that has prvented him from being ablt to perform. They were great together. God bless him.

  • Soooo soooo love these guys. Still a fan — miss Eric — and going to see Dan tonight at the Birchmere with EFO. Can't wait!

  • This appears to be off an original 3/4" or VHS copy of the video as produced by Chameleon when L&N were signed to that label (1990). There is no other studio version of this particular song on a video. Naughty Sweeties and Richard Thompson both had songs called Walking on a Wire, but this ain't that. The irony is, the bass player here (in the video and on the record), Simeon Pillich, was actually in the Naughty Sweeties. But that's a coincidence. This was written long before Simeon was with L&N.

  • I love this song! I was a sophomore in school when I was given the tape. darn! I'm old! lol .... I was 16! this is the only version I know! there was another?

  • Thankyouthankyouthankyou

  • thank you. love it!!

  • To me, the Naughty Sweeties will always have "the original" version of the song called "Walking on a Wire"

  • Ahhh....I thought it was "the original" walkin' on a wire...good version anyway!

  • @greggcockrell I thought it was the official version, did you see the Chameleon Records credit at the end? Have you seen another version?
