Dude No one can beat Dw drums! Not even risen or truth!! Im a huge fan of dw's dont have the money yet to buy my kit. but ive heard all kits in person and man dw's are just the biggest fat soung ever!!!

Dw hardware is the absolute best! (I use it) but their drums aren't the best! Believe I seen studios pick Risen Kits over many others! Rent a Kit from Risen! You'll see! Their Kick Drums are so light,the lugs are made of precision milled aluminum! Means The drums resonate 1000X more! and the venting system is one of a kind!

it was Realign's drumset at a church and 11 years. I liked the light weight but The shells just seemed too thin for me and the low end wasn't very good. no doubt the 10 and 12 tom sounded nice and so did the bass but I just like DW better

@Trentinja88 Actually he didn't make for all of the talent of Pillar. Dude people like you, do not know what you going on about. Pillar are still very very talented. Taylor is just a different style of drummer, but still amazing as Lester. Lester was far more rnb style/ funk style of a drummer; Taylor is a lot more Rock style. Get over it, Lester is not coming back.
