Where / when was this advertised? I'm confused as it looks and sounds like a UK advert - filmed in UK, British dubbing and British style. Yet there is a 2001 Mercedes in the video.

I'm very confused. I know Cigars were allowed to advertise through a loophole until the 90's, but I thought it was banned by '97 / '98. Can anyone shed any light on it?
