@McDave1312 what u can try 2 do is go on the themat.com and click events, then click freestyle/greco roman or folkstyle, then see if theres a tournament(s) near u. Even if u dont know much wrestling, u can go to a tourny, wrestle and learn from it.

@McDave1312 Go to a local high school and ask if you can participate with them, even if you happen to be a lot older/younger, most of the time they won't deny you. The sport of wrestling embraces all who have the heart to try the sport out.
