I'm guessing that adding much more power to a signal on the exact radio frequency they operate on will destroy the chip.
And the RFID chips respond with their own signal, for which there must be a technology to exactly locate the offending chip.
so I'm guessing the right combination of signal detection and power transmission will burn out any chip that deserves it.
