This actually IS the Titanic! The enclosed promenade on A Deck hasn't been added yet, so it looks more like the Olympic. But if you look at her B Deck promenade and compare it to the B Deck promenade on Olympic, you'll notice they're not the same. Titanic's B Deck promenade was almost entirely enclosed as you can see here at 0:09, Olympic's was also enclosed but only up to roughly just past the third funnel.

During those years motion picture camera (now we call it videocam) is still a new thing and the cameras are all big and bulky as compare to now. So what makes you think they have security cams onboard?

The ONLY unsinkable ships were Q-Ships designed to sink German U-Boats in WWII. They took torpedos and deck gun fire and would not sink. Filled ith styrofoam. Even an iceberg couldn't sink them.

Most of the footage was from other ships like Aquitania and Lusitania. Only the first footage was Titanic. Still, great video.
