It's no good to put these two guitarists together because of the following reasons: their style of playing is completely different from each other. Akkermans as a band-man and Sacksioni as a soloist. Plus that you should never put two guitarists together to battle, you see that later on in the battle it's not a battle anymore but more of a jam.

I wasn't talking about his other stuff, both of them sure did some cool stuff too. I just don't find this performance, of both guitarists by the way, appealing. To me the rather harsh attac resulting in ugly frettbuzz doesn't feel like a good, or optimistcly, a realistic taste of their work.

The frettbuzz shows that the guitar player has no control of the amount of energy he has to put in his guitar to make a tone. Especially in it's chronical form, like above. Unless done on purpose offcourse. Maybe you like it; I think it's really ugly.
