  • GREAT !!!. I could not imagine a sigle DC receiver working so well how like this. Congratulations !! ...I´m working on a superhet with same chip and a zn414 am ic for IF and am demod. stages, a 455 resonator BFO coupled, and finaly the LM356 amplifier. I have now builded two last stages. It lets me verfy how well works zn414 IC. The IC´s AGC works incredible good (Im thinking not use another AGC in my project). I´m sure you was enjoyed a pleasured hours with your radio. Have many good Dx. 73.

  • Thank you EC5ABG, yes DSB can be received with either LSB or USB so it is a little strange to tune in but many stations don't notice.

  • @scottjacko87 thanks, yes DC receivers seem to have a pleasing sound. The drawback is if the band is busy as you get both sidebands.
