@SavageRush012 That's what I thought. But the only reason is because In REACH, that's when it all began, and they weren't as used to the English language, but after REACH they litened to more soldiers talking and stuff, and they learned the English launguage.

Either that, or Bungie was just lazy.

Like, at one mission during th night, when you assasinate an elite around some grunts, they say, "WHERE'S THE DUCT TAPE?"
