She doesn't know what she's doing, which cracked me up seven times in a row - and made me recommend the clip to all of my friends, who can enjoy small kids and small mistakes. I'm sure the shiny, little lady thinks that she did what was expected in the show. I was 8 yrs old when i took dance classes and did dance recitals. my grandma made sure that i practiced about a week before the recital so that i would look like i knew what i was doing unlike some of the other girls. of course i already knew what i was doing because i had paid attention in dance class

this is typical dance recital performance for this age group. They are just babies you know! They are doing the best they can! They are having fun and learning, I don't think most people expect so you think you can dance type ability at this age! My daughters first recital at age 4 was like this, now she is 16 and is an amazing dancer.
