wow i was 8 when this happened and yet i remember it like it was yesterday, they were so many good storylines, steve and sasikia,dan and phil, phil and lisa, beppe and irene etc. This one stood out, it was soo poignant, eastenders was always the talking point at school even though we were just kids, not sure we should've been watching it to be honest, but it definitely taught us.

I sympathise with any actor that plays a role like Trevor.

Because most people can't tell the difference between the actor and the real person, the person is recognised as the character they play rather than who they really are.

It's a testament to their acting as well, but it wrecks lives. The guy who played Trevor never managed to recover from this role.
