Ok. What's with the "first 5 items labeled"? Are they somehow sorted in percentage concentration in food? Is that only in USA or is it international issue?
@dawidlaszuk In the US, ingredient are listed in the order of the quantity they appear in. So for example, bread would read Wheat first (or at least it should) because that may be the main ingredient. Another good rule is read the ingredient and if you can't pronounce everything, don't eat it, lol.
