    It can get pretty advanced depending on how far you want to get into it, but when it comes to inferential statistics it's useful to know how far away things tend to fall from the mean.

    Hey Edgar. Calculating the variance and standard deviation of decimals works exactly the same way as it does with whole numbers. Try the steps in this video with your numbers and see what you get. If you have any trouble, send me an email.
