i actually love the quality. being born in 1987 i watch videos from the 70's and they seem so distant. i would imagine kids these days see this and its so far away to them... their 70's you know.. long live the 90's my friends!

@Silenoz1991 The engineers of the sound of the Italian television are among the best in the world, have you ever heard the festival of San Remo? Unfortunately this recording is terrible, maybe it's from a VHS (was 1999). For years I search for videos of this program because in the end there is an unforgettable scene, Dolores that sings promises with eyes closed and you see the tears out the eyes! Unfortunately it seems that these are the only videos on youtube and there's not "Promises" :-(

@manero170869 maybe italian television has some good engineers, but even though this is a VHS Video it does not excuse the sound. i've heard VHS' with 10times better sound. sorry bro but clearly there went something very wrong with the recording and / or mastering. gr8 song though ;)
