  • This video helped me to see how i was a horrible friend to some 1 close to me. lately,I have been less then motivated in my life and so when a friend had asked me, "can you join a gym with me? it will be easier to do it with some 1 who can motivate me and i you". My response was yeah, but its pretty expensive, i don't want to join then you give up the first month in. i just know u to give up. I'm going to call her and say sorry for dismissing her efforts and before it had a chance to flourish.

  • Annoying voice but you are hot! You motivate me to get a hotter girlfriend, not that she's not hot, she's just not Jess hot, or maybe I'm just bored with her mouth, because girls are stupid except for me.

    thanks so much for making this vedio. I always struggle with my weight from a daily basis. but to know that i wasn't the only one to get my emotions in a roller coster form, it's realy motivating and it helps me to continue exercising

  • oh my god ur totally right first time i joined jenny craig i was 140 my highest now i just started and im in 156... this is my first week and i really hate it ..im thinking of joining weight watchers cuz i really hate da food ... $125 a weeks for all da food im not even eating..yeah first weeks ill probably loose alot cuz im STARVING!!!!!!!!

    I lost 50lbs and then quit trying and gained it all back and then some. Now I'm on my way back down but I'm taking with me some big lessons I learned.

    I did pretty good this week. Didn't lose weight that much but mentally I feel different. I didn't want to eat candies and a small run around a park felt good. :) Feeling great.

  • Thank you for this video. In two years I've lost 30kg and my main goal was to lose 40kg. So I've come a long way and I have only a little more to go. Really losing my motivation though, my weight has been rollercoasting(?). I'm just so tired.. I'd like to get to the routine and stop worrying about this. Just looking for that motivation and a slap on shoulder to keep up for just the few last months..

  • thank you SO much for this video....this is exactly what i have done. i lost 34 pounds since then its been up and down up and down over and over for years now....i am now at the heaviest i have been for 6 years!! its terrible, non of my clothes fit right if at all. Confidence has faded loads...but i am determined to lose this weight and get back on track...thank you!

  • You look awesome. I am inspired by you because you're not stick-thin, and you look gorgeous! I am so proud. :) And you're right, gotta stop the roller coaster (which I'm on now). I really noticed when I did WW I succeeded (sp) the most, but I can't afford it anymore. Are you aware of anything that I can buy that'll give me the point calculation? Sorry for the long comment!

  • Thanks for making this video...the weight loss roller coaster can drive you insane. Im still sticking with it tho for the longest time ever. I do realize the whole "starting again on Monday" never gets you anywhere!

  • i know what you mean the first 3 weeks of my diet i lost 15.4lbs, the 2nd 3 weeks i only lost 6.2lbs! its getting tough :(

  • It was the same for me. Every time I restarted WW, I was a higher weight than my previous weight. I'm happy to say I've been on plan since September 8, 2008 and have lost 20 lbs. =)

  • My starting weights every time I started going gung ho on weight loss? 240, 256, 263, and this time 271. I know exactly what you're driving at here. Watching Biggest Loser every week and seeing their success is pretty inspirational too :-)

  • OMG! lol i feel so guilty of unmotivation. Im pure example of the wanting to go back to eating bad and not weigh myself and refusing to face myself. This video is remarkable.   • You are so right. What I find the most motivational is seeing others struggles and how they overcome them. It's motivational to know that others share your same problems and obstacles in weightloss.
