Just because they don't have ADS-B on doesn't mean they are flying without a transponder. They may be flying with a Mode 1,2 or 4 (Military) transponder.
I've been searching for something that will do local, low altitude PRIMARY RADAR mostly real-time (or even delayed). Do you know of anything? Also, you may want to check out RodsUFOfiles channel. His stuff mostly likely doesn't show up with your radar doo-dad either.

It doesn't detect any of the chemtrails-planes, for a simple reason: they are military and so they fly with the transponder turned off. Since sometimes we can see tens of planes like that in the same time and in the same area, just imagine how dangerous that is. Their routes are at 6000 feet max (cumuli altitude), where no condensation phenomenon can ever occur (if we really have to specify that...)

3-If possible use a laptop and carry the airnav in your car. If the airport is within reach of your house go at the airport and photograph the plane and try to get any info on this plane as possible (numbers on the plane or logos)
This will be a good way to know more about the subjet and start a good starting ground for massive investigation on the subject.
Friend, you give important ideas for investigation, to try to understand from where airplanes take of and where they land, but these aircrafts fly with transponder off and Airnav doesn't record their flight. Ieri 2-1-2009 tra le 14:00 e le 15:00 ho contato ben 27 aerei con relative scie fetenti.Peraltro visibilissimi pure tramite Eumetsat - immagini ad alta risoluzione italia.E' da un anno che mònitoro i cieli tutti i giorni e in 7 giorni alla settimana,5 sono "spruzzati" pesantemente da 10/15 tanker.
