I know how you feel. Sometimes, I look for PS1 games too. If you're patient, in Wikipedia there is a list of all the games. Just look for "List of PlayStation 1 games" in it ;)
Sorry, no console racing games come close to PC ones. All console racing games feel like the arcade, or Need for Speed. You want a realistic, fun, challenging racing game sell the console and get a PC
Nah, an example, I prefer NFS3 and 4 on playstation by far than the pc versions. PC racing games usually only give you downloadable cars and excellent graphics but people seem to be forgetting that it's all about the quality of the game.
NFS3 PC was so unrealistic in driving that it was a bit annoying. The PS1 version of it for an example was the best arcade racer I had ever played, even better than High Stakes.
Well, I hate High Stakes on PC, it's too easy and the handling is too darn simple. It's nothing like the playstation version of high stakes, nothing at all.
I'm not talking about ANY of the games you listed. NSF is unrealistic no matter the platform. I'm talking about the SimBin games Like GTR EVO, GT Legends. Even 10 year old games like GPL and IndyCar Racing are MUCH better the any console game. Graphics, playablility, customizing and above all REALISM are the name of PC games.
