the scene when the old man "max" gets blown away is across the street from my family's home. pretty cool to watch them filming! i met jeff and tommy. was a thrill of a lifetime. also had a photo taken with the BPD POLICE BIKE AND THE "MADMAX" ELCAMINO.. priceless.....

@gregrooney74 Where is that school where Maxi gets blown away? I have a buddy from C-town that said the same thing. Said he grew up right around the corner from there. And I remember even seeing someones photo of the explosion, taken from the Tobin. thought they had that ship docked down there for the movie? I would love to find out if they actually dragged that hunk of shit down there or not haha. Don't know why I'm so intrigued by it, but then again I do love stories of sunken/abandoned ship
