I trained with Master Sewell as well, what a Taekwondo fighter! To understand how good he is you have to spar with him! Great balance, never over-leans for a strike, places the attack he wants where he wants when he wants without losing control of the combat for an instant!
I remember seeing Tony Sewell fight in a couple of tournaments,
He was damm good!!
Don't think he ever graded me, but he was top bloke to chat to as well.

I was being taught by tony, very talented taekwondo fighter. However, I only managed to achieve white and yellow belt.
