@btw0wtf similiar to dutch... DUTCH! Just thought you should know all this info before you failed your geography or history test or something (maybe life?) So... Moral of the story? Don't try to post a smart comment on a topic you don't know anything about...
@btw0wtf a racist comment man! South-Africans ARE people, don't know who you're talking about but it is a rase and they DO have their own language.. It's called Afrikaans( yeah mentioned it a few times but I thought I might tell you again) The white people in Africa are not controllling, have you ever been there? No? well then shut up! They are NOT visitors in "Africa" (it's called South-Africa FYI) That last sentence doesn't make any sense... another dialect of FRENCH? WTF? It's al language
@btw0wtf Afrikaans is not a new language man, it's very old. "Seriously, you all only been in Africa for like 3 generations and already considering yourselves a new race (afrikaan) w/ your own language? White people are so controlling and pretenders as far as anyone is concerned you're just visitors in Africa! They should be teaching African language in universities since it's been there longer and is just another dialect of French."
Damn.. that's so rude and SO stupid! I mean, that was
@009Chick Whites have been in S. Africa for like 3 generations?? What a laugh! Whites arrived in South Africa in 1652, for your information. They moved into the interior from the south and started encountering blacks which were moving down from the north. Large parts of South Africa was uninhabited at the time. The only reason why blacks rule the country, as they should in a democratic society, is because they outnumber whites, not because they were there first.
@009Chick my previous comment meant for btw0wtf - not for 009chick. Incredible how ignorant and judgmental people can be. A typical kettle and pot situation - unbelievable prejudice based on absolute fiction. (3 generations! - I still can't get over it) I guess the best way to fight extreme stupidity is to just ignore it.
@btw0wtf Dude, are you just acting that stupid or are you really that dumb and ignorant?
First of all, Europe is a continent, not a country. This means that there are different countries throughout Europe. Every country has its own language so there is no such thing as "European" as a language... -.-'
And second, Afrikaans is not a white language. When Holland had South-Africa as a colony the slaves started to learn Dutch, but the symplified it. It is an official language now, not a dialect.
Yeah, if he's going to shoot his mouth off about stuff, he should make damn well sure he actually knows what he's talking about. But he stopped posting , so I guess he realized he made an ass of himself.
Snappie?

@btw0wtf 360 years. Almost 50 generations... You are from the USA anyway, so please stop showing your ignorance on African topics. It is laughable. BTW Afrikaans is not a "white" language.
@btw0wtf Oh man, you are so regretting that you thought you were being smart.. You know, when I wrote all that I was only 14 or 13 years old... Probably an American thinking you know all about stuff, which you don't
Thanks for showing us once again, how ignorant Americans can be :)
(afrikaan) language being taught in universities when it's only Dutch in a different dialect or some European language but in a different dialect. It's like the way Boston has their own accent it's still English. Mexicans and Puerto Ricans speak the same language but with different accents or dialect with of course some different words but it's still Spanish just like this supposedly new afrikaan language but it's still just European with different accent.
@btw0wtf "It still just European with a different accent"? Are you.. saying that European is a language? xD
Gosh you're funny.
And its not Dutch with a different accent. Its messed up 17th century Dutch.. You wouldnt consider messed up 17th century English the same as normal english, would you?
