I'm a 13 year old boy with no experience in boxing but I want to give it a try. I bench press 125 pounds and squat 185 pounds. I don't drink any of that protein stuff and I don't eat and energy bars or what ever. I just go to school and they have a class of weight lifting and go and work out for 45 min. That's all. I'm really interested in this stuff and I want to try it. Any advice?

Ppl won't like this but its the truth. The BEST BOXERS IN THE WORLD all use some type of dirty tactics. With Ali he used to clinch and punch very hard at the body. Tyson the same thing. Mayweather uses the elbow. Roy jones used to hold ppls head and push alot too. Its just the honest truth ppl.
