Oh thats a goat for ya. I had a small castrated Alpine kid. I used to sleep on top of his hut at night in the summer and he'd climb on my back and sleep there. After a while though he got to big, and it really started to hurt. He was better than any dog I've ever had. He was a bad ass goat. If you ever want a pet that will make your life interesting get a milk goat.

And why not! It's Soft, It's Warm, It's Dry,There are No Snakes up there! Plus don't forget the View. So from the Goats Point Of View this is a great place to Bed Down. The only downside is that it moves ocassionaly with little or no warning. But nothing is perfect. You might consider making a Basket out of a Saddle for the Goat! Think along the lines of an ElephantBasket for People,but Smaller for the Goat! I Raised Goats as a Kid! (Pun intended). I had over 50 of them! Then the BBQ Guy came!

Thats sooo cute. I have had many goats and horses, and yes without any apparent reason horses love goats and goats love horses. I used to have a tibetan goat who wanted to remain with foaling mares and then help them to raise their foals, used to play with them, tease them and just loved them as a mother would do....
