  • awesomeness do u guys always sing songs like this?

  • Well I'm Alumni class of 2008, but yes =]. All Symphonic songs are meant to be challenging for us, but ridiculously beautiful and moving to the audience. Its the highest honor to be in that choir at our school in my opinion.

  • hey wth is this choir at? smokey hill high school in colorado or a diffrent one?

  • yes this is in Aurora,Colorado.

  • What a stunning song. How nice it is to read such wonderful posts from students/former students who recognize the rare beautiful gift it is to be part of such a special organization. Hats off to all of you!

  • AWW Mr. Grant!!! You have made a difference in EVERY SINGLE life that you touch through teaching music. You have such a Gift and i LOVE being able to finally have you as a teacher and being able to create music like

this song two years after it was performed. This song made me cry then, and it made me cry now.

I want to thank you again!!!

    SMOKY HILL CHOIR FOR LIFE!

  • I miss that so bad...I cried when I listened to this just now

  • thanks for putting this up Mr. Grant...it makes me remember all the great times...the best was singing this song at the restraunt in Missouri... thanks...~L Reid

  • not bad

  • pretty

  • Good memories. This year was AMAZING! -Yos

  • Simon Cowell: "That was alright, the sound was wide and not focused enough for my liking!!! it should be more focused!! I like the TTBTTBB Version. This recording got to carried away!!! to big, there should be more variation with Piano to differentiate forte more flowing dynamics, when there was a forte moment, it was more like molto titso screamo!!! lovely alround colour. NICE WORK TEAM!!!!!!

  • Boy do I love being in this choir. I'm gonna miss it soo bad.

  • singing this always brings tears to my eyes...this is a different interpretation-cool:-)

  • you can hear me coughing. eep! This was soooo beautiful!!

  • I love the spirit in which this was sung!!! Nice! I normally prefer the men's arrangement rather than a mixed choir but this is just high school???? Wow! Keep singing!
