i was just wondering, how hard do you push your thumb in and do you push your thumb in under your ribs or just until your thumb reaches the bottom of your ribs where they meet??
@eagerbeavers1130 Hi there...You start about 1 inch down from where your ribs meet. Drag the skin up an inch and then pull down reasonably hard. It can hurt a bit. Don't do it hard enough to bruise or to injure. All the best and let me know how you get on if you have to ever use it.
I had a problem with breathing and I found food grade Hydrogen peroxide 35%.
I have been on this now for a month. it works great. add 2 drops into a bottle of water shake it up and drink. it's that easy. I 'm not out of breath any more, I'm 59 years old and have congestive heart failure. I feel like I have regained 15 years of my life back again.
This move is an emergency technique if you are suddenly short of breath of you have a sudden attack of asthma. You can repeat the move until you get relief, having a break of a few minutes in between. It is not intended to replace medical attention. Seek medical advice if you have an on going problem. You also need to look at Sulphur dioxide in your food and dairy products..both known to cause breathing problems
