Just a tip from a FX artist: next time add a camera shake on it to make more real. If you are using AfterFX just scale up the main composition to 120% and add a bunch of key frames on the X and Y position.
now put a 1 ohm power resistor across it and see does it consume power. Put a 60W light bulb on it and see how long it will last. If the light bulb last for days then post a video.
dude that thing is spinning at no load, and it is not crazy, look at the device, it is only hooked up to the multimeter(high impedance/low load), the device has no other output, so when he spins it, he put energy into the system, and it is trap inside to keep it spinning, its not magic... and this perpetual motion does not mean anything, and voltage itself does not mean anything neither. If you want to prove "free energy" then replace the multimeter to a load like a light bub.
I tried this a long time ago, using roughly the same setup.
It does not work, the magnetic domains create a "bubble" magentic flux shape from the bottom magents. The top magnets sit ontop of this "bubble" but instantly want to move off it sideways.

It is just a nice little DC generator that uses magnetic bearings. The bottom magnets are used to hold the top ones up. The magnetic field also generates enough current in the copper wire to create a little power.
This is not free energy:
1- Air resistance will slow it down. It will take a while, but it will stop.
2-Magnetic field will weaken over time. Over a few tens of years it will weaken and eventually will not be able to support the top disk.

Your After Effects skills need a bit of work. Try time mapping to keep your rotor speed constant, and maybe use a bit of scripting to show a smooth and impossible output on your multimeter.

Now then, what you then do is feed all the video into a video editing program, if you quickly spin the disk with your hand it will only appear in a handfull of frames, done quickly enough you can re-spin in less than 1 second probably half a second.
Simply edit out all them frames and put the video back together viola, it explains the irregular movement/time.
moviemaker. I have tryed this in manny different ways, but have not godt it to work. The wirre do nothing cut them out. Try to figure out how the homopolar motor works,and make it work only whith magnet. Use a speaker magnet and try some on that.

Well since the thing is spinning there must be a slight fluctuations in magnetic fields around copper wire that would explain where those couple of volts come from. Why does it spin this is a mystery... Not a perpetual generator.
It is just a nice little DC generator that uses magnetic bearings. The bottom magnets are used to hold the top ones up. The magnetic field also generates enough current in the copper wire to create a little power.
This is not free energy:
1- Air resistance will slow it down. It will take a while, but it will stop.
2-Magnetic field will weaken over time. Over a few tens of years it will weaken and eventually will not be able to support the top disk.

Except that it is not a motor.
As soon as you try to use the rotation to power something, it will stop.
If the video was to continue a little longer, you could have seen that the disk slows down. Same if you simply touch the moving disk.
Try touching a car that is moving towards you to see if it stops it.

I tried a basic set-up which seemed to work, but it over-heated, so I stopped it. I reckon it could work using the set-up in a vacuum chamber with super-conductors. I wish the camera work & editing was better though!

Your After Effects skills need a bit of work. Try time mapping to keep your rotor speed constant, and maybe use a bit of scripting to show a smooth and impossible output on your multimeter.

this is not free energy, its a very low friction disk spinning. the multimeter is on a millivolt scale and is not utilizing the emf so of coarse it will keep on spinning. if you want proof that there is a free energy motor, research bedini's ssg motor. that actually draws useful "free energy" from the environment. magnets stuck on a rotor wont give you an infinite source of energy

I know EXACTLY how this works.
Everytime it loses momentum he uses his hand and spins it, he does this for a few minutes (how exciting)
Now then, what you then do is feed all the video into a video editing program, if you quickly spin the disk with your hand it will only appear in a handfull of frames, done quickly enough you can re-spin in less than 1 second probably half a second.
Simply edit out all them frames and put the video back together viola, it explains the irregular movement/time.

Well since the thing is spinning there must be a slight fluctuations in magnetic fields around copper wire that would explain where those couple of volts come from. Why does it spin this is a mystery... Another thing is if you will create a magnetic field bearings that pratically has no friction as demonstrated here your disk will spin probably for hours before stopping and my first idea would explain those volts. Did I hit a bullz eye?

I won't claim to know how the "Working free energy magnet motor" video was produced. But I can say with certainty that it would be easy to produce an identical video by powering the spinning disk with a gentle blast of air. Uhm... free energy would almost certainly make us capable of colonizing any solid planet, it's that revolutionary. Too bad it's demonstrably impossible. Energy is not a real thing or force, it's a concept used to describe a fundamental function of the universe.
The scientists are always "skeptical" of free energy because it's an observed fact, not a theory. I'm betting that this video is simply a forgery, and I predict that no one will be able to repeat this experiment for that exact reason.

sum all of the rotations up and you finally get the work which is done by that contraption .... there MAY be other mathematical solutions, but this one surely will work also. Drawback: you need to recalculate the work after ever rotation ... a µC attached to a speed-sensor would (could) do it exactly
