Hello.

This video is from Halloween of last year (2008). I wasn't the person playing the music and I don't know the name of any of the artists that you're hearing.

Each year in West Hollywood, they close off several blocks for a Halloween street celebration. Last year I showed up with my camera and just started filming. There was a small group of ~5-6 men pulling a small wagon on which they'd mounted a sound system. It is their music selections that you hear playing in this video.

Look at the video beginning about 0:23 ... you see one guy sitting on top of the sound system holding up a speaker, while another man is pulling him on the wagon. I am walking backwards while filming the scene.
