What I like about the Bhut Jolokia is that you can add plenty of heat to something w/o an overpowering fruity taste that some of us don't like.

Yeppers, I believe that was back in 2005 or so....the Buht Jolokia is now the hottest...but hey, after you get into the Hab types...its all hot....but does it taste good?

I believe the pepper Al references at the end as the hottest pepper in the world has been surpassed by the naga jolokia.
