I'd say the bourque-camm trade is a solid win for both teams here. MTL has plenty of smaller guys and CGY doesn't need the power forwards as much. Plus another huge advantage is the freeing up of $3 mill cap space. Now all we need to do is threaten Gomez with a buyout... because he isn't doing shit.

@Diablo123owns nope not really, for a guy who only gets paid 3 million and can easily score 25 or 30 goals a season, and HITS, unlike pretty boy Cammy who gets paid 6 million and is scared to engage.....like I said, have fun with the sissy :)

@adamJcarter In the needs of the Flames. They don't need Bourque, we have hitters and bigger guys. We need a smaller skilled guy. Yes, Bourque can score some goals but Cammalleri is much better, he has struggled in MTL obviously. I do hope Bourque can turn it around in MTL. But Bourque was much to frustrating in Calgary and I think both need a change.

@Diablo123owns I agree, both needed a change, and ya Cammy can score but he was definitely not worth 6 million. He was my favorite player at one point but I lost respect for him, I have a feeling he'll do better with Calgary

Good trade, Cammy wasn't doing anything out there for the last year and a half. No classic one-timers and missing most of his shots. Now we get a bigger player with some toughness who knows how to score (i.e. past 2 seasons 27 goals). As well as a second round draft pick, and by the way for all the morons saying he is French, he isn't, hes a western Canadian with a french name

@HabsFanTom Ya Bourque looks like an excellent move, I liked Cammi but he wasn't performing and Bourque seems to be nearing his prime. Bourque is french though, he's Metis (french-aboriginal) and part of the Franco-Albertan population (french speaking people of Alberta).
