Being the designer of the model, you might suspect that he knew how to pronounce the word Fokker properly and that the aeroplane did not employ interplane bracing wires nor wing dihedral either.
It does depend on how good you are with the mustang. This plane will be less forgiving (as in, you crash and stuff will most likely get broken), however it should be smoother than the p51 and if I were you I'd give it a go although you just move on straight up to a full on parkzone or e-flite model which will be much smoother than this but can only really be flown outdoors. Hope this was help ;)
Previews are just that. Generally the samples used in the videos are one of the few in existence and we can't risk damaging them. The Review will have flying footage.
So many planes so little time!! I think a Fokker DR 1 would be nice to see and it uses much the same construction as the D VII although it does have a much smaller frontal moment arm of course.
@daveyedgar Davey, please sign up as a subscriber to HorizonRCdotcom and you will get immediate notice of each new video we post. Also watch Horizon Hobby on FaceBook for the latest information about models and videos.
Your reviews are very well done (your products aswell), I would like to see some comments and videos of flights too, how does it fly indoor and outdoor with maybe some sugestions for better flying... in the same video review.
one more comment, can you consider a fpv friendly version of your future scale airplane? you just need to make it easier to balance it when we add the pan&tilt and camera on pilot's position. So far many models have no space in front of cg to make balance easier.
@robbiethehood Robbie, usually when I do a Preveiw the sample is preproduction and I don't like to fly those models. I prefer to Review the production models where we do get a chance to fly the airplanes. The FPV stuff is a future feature we are working on.
ok thanks, I'm sure fpv pilots in rcgroups will be happy about it.
ps: when I say fpv I don't mean an accessory to mount the flycam, I just mean balance capabilities (that's the real only need we have). Most of the fpv pilots build the camera mount on other cameras and customize the mount for the specific airplane and needs. I wouldn't buy an airplane just because is compatible with FCO, simply because that produc is out of market for me and 90% of fpv pilots...
awesome thanks man!

Shame they dont do a bigger version of the 4 WW1 RC planes for the more outside flying rather than inside, If you do, do one make sure its a BNF! lol
