They don't need no recount. They need a new election. However, hat proposal for a new recount means a lot from the Gvt. Seems to admit there are good reasons fot a recount? Any idea?

I don't know if a total recount would jeopardize legitimacy in the system if it can be legally proven that there was tampering in the initial election. If the first election is considered invalid due to tampering, the only logical solution would be to have a total election. Tweets say that the government is burning the ballots, so a recount would not justify the situation.
